Getting Started, Self Pay Option: First Month Overview

To begin your monthly membership, you’ll first complete an initial enrollment, a new patient doctor visit, and a follow-up consultation. The total cost for this first month is $199, which includes:

• Enrollment/Registration Fee – $35
  (Includes booking, new patient materials, lab orders, and access to our electronic health record system)
• New Patient Doctor Visit – $99(Includes a complimentary Seca body composition measurement and medication prescription if needed)
• Follow-Up Visit – $65(Discuss your test results and receive your personalized treatment report)

Note: A credit card is required to secure your appointment and will be charged within 24 hours of your first visit.

Ongoing Monthly Membership: $140/month

After your first month, you’ll be enrolled in our monthly program, which includes:

• Access to our structured lifestyle program (nutrition, activity and behavioral support)
• Prescription of weight loss medications if clinically appropriate
• Prior authorization support for medications (if required by your insurance)
• Free body composition monitoring of your progress.
